School Services

GROW Therapy provides services to both rural and urban schools and school divisions. Therapy approaches are adapted depending on the culture of the school and surrounding community.

 

School services may include:

• Assessment for determining strengths/goal areas, and for determining and documenting eligibility for funding (e.g., Program Unit Funding).

• Therapy and consultation to develop and support goals, and to provide strategies for the child's educational team to use within their regular school day.

• Collaboration with teachers and other educational team members to ensure stream-lined services.

• Workshops for educational staff or for parents to help support the child's goals across activities and environments.
